Farm to Table

It’s the perfect time of year to hit up all the farmers markets in our area. With so many options to choose from, it is so easy to come home with an overload. The first thing that comes to my mind is grilling. My favorite way to eat veggies is when they are made over a the fire. Chicken fajitas are perfect to have all the great Tex-max flavors and the smokiness from the grill. Serve over the right portion of rice or quinoa or shake it up and add pineapple for your carb of choice. Here are some other great recipes to keep it clean.
